  10. Newton-Announce is the name for the services surrounding the newgsgroup comp.sys.newton.announce.

  14. This is a moderated newsgroup for announcements related to Newton products, services, and events. Articles concerning personal Newton devices that the owner wishes to sell should be posted to comp.sys.newton.misc or the relevant forsale newsgroup.

To post an article, either post it to comp.sys.newton.announce or send it to newton-announce@umich.edu. The moderator, Mike Nowak (mnowak@umich.edu), will post approved articles as soon as possible. Usually this means just a few hours but it could take as long as two days to post your article, so please send it in advance if timing is critical.
